About Us

We Are Specialists in Home Coffee and Espresso Equipment

I started Wrench & Bean because I have a passion for coffee, espresso machines, and fixing them! I discovered this passion while restoring a vintage 1969 Olympia Cremina machine purchased at an estate sale. It wasn't working and was a crusty mess. Today, that machine sits happily on my coffee station and brews my morning espresso reliably every day! I found working on that machine to be so enjoyable, I started working on other machines for my friends. Having run out of broken coffee equipment in my immediate vicinity, I started Wrench & Bean.

We are located in Columbus Ohio and serve the central Ohio region

Wrench & Bean is based in Columbus, Ohio, and services machines all over the central Ohio region. Outside central Ohio? We can still help! If you are willing to drive into town, we're happy to meet up! If making that long a drive is a bit much, reach out and we can discuss shipping options!

Pick-up & Drop-off your equipment

We offer a number of services. Some are offered at a fixed price (see the Services section), and some are hourly. You can either call or email us and describe what you need help with.

Once you've decided to entrust us with your equipment (Thank you!), we'll arrange to meet at a local coffee shop, and we'll pick up your equipment and take it back to our workshop. 

Once the work is complete, we'll once again arrange to meet you and turn your equipment back to you, simple as that!
